Performance Kinetics now offers small group swimming lessons for swimmers who want to specialise in Front Crawl for Triathlon or distance swimming events.
Our Aims:

Technique is foremost in high-performance swimming and differentiates the efficient swimmer from those who struggle along length after length.
Our training methods and skills practices add a new dimension to training and are the ideal way to prepare for competition.
Triathlon and Distance Swimming lessons are for active swimmers who want to work on front crawl technique, as well as build speed, strength and endurance.
We recommend participants to be able to swim front crawl for 50 metres (level 1) or be currently active in and training for Triathlon (level 2).
Each class will include:
• Warm up practices
• Technique Drills
• Strength and Endurance training
• Individual feedback and correction
