Improve Your Running classes are designed to build on your current ability and standard. By introducing new training areas, you will feel an all round improvement and be equipped to take your running to the next level.
Our improver’s course is designed to build strong running technique, increasing stamina and velocity.
Our Goals are:
• Increased strength; Understand how to correctly develop leg and total body strength to increase running performance and ability.
• Increased leg speed; Learn functional drills to develop quickness and agility.
• Introduction to Interval Training; move beyond basic running and learn how to work with intervals for significant gains in fitness and performance.
Course Requirements:
• Participants should have a background of basic running or be active runners and have a desire to improve.
• Participants are strongly encouraged to attend at least once a week.
